Vicky Carter joined WAAO in January of 2008 as an intern. Upon completing the MSW, Vicky was hired as full-time case manager in May. She primarily assists clients in rural communities. She also coordinates the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program.
