Volunteer Opportunities
WAAO appreciates each member of the community who contributes time, talent, and/or treasure to our mission. Due to confidentiality and scheduling issues, volunteer opportunities at WAAO are requested on an as-needed basis. In the weeks leading up to special events or during times when specific services are needed from the community, requests for volunteers will be posted on WAAO’s homepage. Examples of requests may include assistance with promoting upcoming events, lending a hand to fill Christmas boxes for clients, or donating food or hygiene items.
