Prevention Education
Our prevention education specialist go out into the community and offer presentations on topics related to HIV/AIDS. These talks are age-appropriate and can be geared towards the needs of the target audience.
Topics we present are:
- HIV Facts
- HIV Methods of Transmission
- HIV Prevention
- The Importance of Testing and Where to Get Tested
- Risk Factors for Contracting HIV
In the past, we have presented to elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges, churches, civic organizations, prisons, and businesses.
